Hello! I'm Renee, teacher and proud Hufflepuff.

Pretty psyched about this beauty by abhorsen.

My obsessions include coffee, Great British Bake Off, my cat, bullet journaling, and trying to be as cool as Nancy Wheeler.

At the moment...

Writing: Beyond Repair (still)
Reading Fic: FROGS nominees!
Reading Lit: Turtles All the Way Down by John Green

HP Fanfiction
I like writing all sorts of fic within the Potterverse. My main focus for a while now has been Beyond Repair, a series of one shots about Lily and Petunia. I am currently planning way too many stories, including a Rose-centric fic and a James II/Muggle OC novel.

Fandoms
In addition to Harry Potter, I love the Tortall books by Tamora Pierce, The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer, Stranger Things, and Avatar the Last Airbender.

Books
Favorite book is a frustrating braod question for a book lover. That said, the book I have the strongest visceral love for is probably Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz.

Television
Psych, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 3%, HIMYM, Avatar the Last Airbender, Sense8, The Magicians, Stranger Things, Great British Bake Off, almost anything on The Food Network.

Movies
Tangled, Mulan, Super 8, Midnight in Paris, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, Some Like it Hot, Roman Holiday, Paper Moon, Inside Out, How to Train Your Dragon, Pleasantville.

Then the King flew into a passion, and ordered a dark tower to be built, into which no ray of sunlight or moonlight should enter.
