Story:A Rescue in Space and Time Chapter: A Rescue in Time

Though this is a pretty light-hearted story, it still makes me feel sad that George searched for a time-turner to bring Fred back. I'm not surprised by it, but, you know, I never really got over Fred's death *sniff*

Oh Thor, I'm so nervous that they're planning to go back to the Battle of Hogwarts. There's so much that could go wrong! I can't watch! I like that you gave George a moment of reaction, for him to properly reflective on this idiotic (but brave, ily George) plan of his.

UGH NO! It didn't work! It just all happened so fast, I don't blame George for missing his chance. The whole scene was just horrible circumstance.

WAIT. AHH! He did it! I don't even care how, YAY!

Haha that last part... Um, oops? XD

You and pookha did an awesome job with this! Congratulations on the win!

Story:A Rescue in Space and Time Chapter: A Rescue in Time

Maggie!! I am here for your owed review from the April Review Swap. <3

I must say, I am immensely relieved that I did not need to feel too sad after reading this, especially after the heartbreak that was “Then Time Stood Still”. And I really appreciate the shout-out at the bottom, even if you didn’t end up using any of the cripplingly angsty ideas we threw around lmao.

Moving on! So I had so much fun reading this. The section in the beginning when George and Angelina were preparing to travel back in time was written really well; I always really enjoy myself in scenes like that, for some reason. If there was an entire movie about people preparing to go on a long trip, I would probably watch it tbh. ANYWAY. George is really going through a lot, and so when he actually meets Fred, I was like, “Aww.” Because I really, really can’t imagine what that would be like.

OKAY BUT ALSO, I can’t believe that George totally forgot that he and Angelina technically weren’t dating at the time. Like, Fred must have been so confused. I’m really glad that he was more like “what” instead of “BACK TF OFF BUDDY” because I’m not sure if I was emotionally ready for Fred to be angry at George at this point haha. And I also really like that Fred’s understanding of who George is as a person allowed him to see that something really strange was up, which caused him to be suspicious.

And thank goodness that Fred believed George!! I was getting really worried that something terrible would happen at the end that would cause a rift between the two. AND THAT LAST LINE LMAO. Poor Fred! He has a lot to catch up on in the world. I really wonder how he’s going to fare a few years into the future. He’s going to be very confused, the poor guy.

This was so much fun, Maggie! Thank you for writing it <3
